Prompt service, friendly staff, fair prices, good haircuts. Usually in and out in under half an hour. What more can you ask for?

Been there 3 times now, different stylist each time. Just as another review (Mathew) I have a simple #2 to mid height then hand trim the top with no blend. All three of them did it perfectly! I like this place as they don't mess around I go in I sit down, 5 to 10 min's I pay, tip and leave, I love that. I hate sitting for a 1/2hr when I know it only takes minutes. I have suggested this location to others.

Waited for no less than eight people that arrived after me and still had to complain app wouldn't work for check in never again staff don't seem to care. cut defiantly not worth it fixed next day at Tommy guns OC

I have been here a number of times and always ask for the same very simple cut. #1 up to x height, then finger length for the rest. For some reason it falls inches short of the mark and gets blended which I specifically do not want. When I mention this I am met with attitude or "I don't know what you're talking about." Two stars because there is one dresser who does my hair correctly but I can never seem to get our schedules to align. Similarly, I have also seen attitude directed at customers who gave their number too quickly. "I'm sorry, can you please repeat that?" is much simpler. I come in for a five minute cut and tip well but can't seem to be treated like the style I have chosen is what I deserve.

asked not take too much off the top took twice as much and sides not short enough a big joke went to another location to get it fixed she had to take even more off to make it even ... if i knew i wouldnt get a haircut at all...
