Everyone at the spa is so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Loved my time there. Thank you to Jessica, she made my time there so special.

I have been visiting Cavana for the past few years. I have never had such a relaxing enjoyable time. Jessica is amazing and each time I go my hair both cut and colour are exactly what I want . Joanne is a brow GOD and has transformed my eyebrows from thin and over plucked to full and beautifully groomed. All the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, such a welcoming and warm atmosphere. I will not be going anywhere else! Keep up the great work!

I wish I could rate my experience with more than 5 stars. I was booked to get my eyebrows waxed at another salon, 3 days before my wedding. Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances, the other salon had to close down. I showed up for my appointment to discover a locked door (I even called before my appointment to confirm they were still open. The owner had a baby and thatâ€™s why they closed. No faults there!). I called Cavana hoping for a Hail Mary, and explained the situation. Being an amazing & talented spa, they were very busy. Luckily the staff made it work & pulled through for me. Joanna did and amazing job, and took her time. With clients back to back, she never once made me feel bad for the last minute nature of my appointment. She took excellent care of my face & I am so grateful. The entire experience was fabulous. I truly felt looked after. Thank you so much! I canâ€™t wait to come back and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.

From the warmest of welcomes from Thaison who also served cucumber water to me, to meeting Emily - the Nioxin Specialist - and having a consultation about my thinning hair, to hair stylist Jessica who gave me a Nioxin scalp treatment, cut, and blow dry, the Cavana Spa is top shelf. I loved every second of my time at this spa. I felt comfortable, welcome, and the services provided were exemplary. Thank you so much Tyson, Emily, Jessica, and Lee. Also a very special thank you to Laura who gave me my first hand massage, ever! I am hard on them both at work and at home. My hands feel awesome now! Special thank you to my loving husband who gifted this special appointment for my birthday. I loved it, Kevin! Who knew?
