I've been to Jada a few times and they are always great to visit with for one lol. They are up to date with new styles and colors etc. I'd recommend trying Jada if your looking for an all round great place and friendly fun staff.

I see the previous review had trouble getting a hold of anyone. I'am also a new customer, and left a message on thier voicemail requesting an appointment. I received a phone call the following day. They were able to book me in at the time I had requested. The ladies were very chatty and professional. Joanna did an excellent job on my nails and was very nice to chat with. I will be returning.

The Jada girl's are all amazing. So professional and so impressed at how they have managed their business throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Highly recommend them for an esthetician or hairstylist.

Never got to try this business out, despite multiple attempts over a few days. Filled out website online form two days before my visit to Campbellford, requesting a pedicure appointment, no one ever replied. I called once in town, no answer, voicemail says call the stylist or esthetician you want on their own private number - that doesn't work for a new customer. Visited in person, door locked with sign to call or text...I tried texting this time, no response. Not sure what else a new customer is to do? I realize businesses are re-opening and may not have all their processes in place, I would have thought shut-down time would have been a perfect opportunity to make good business and customer service processes and decisions, especially ones that would encourage and welcome new customers.
