Way over priced, terrible cut and color

I have never recieved such a terrible hair cut in all my life. Keep in mind I am a male, and perhaps this type of operation performs higher quality hair cuts on those of the opposite gender. Nonetheless, I gave the girl very specific instructions as to what I was looking for in a haircut, and she completely ignored what I asked for, gallavanting with her clippers through my locks. Whilst receiving this horrendous excuse for a hair cut, she spent her time engaging me in conversation entirely about her self and her plans for Halloween. I think back and wish that I had ignored the mindless chatter of this ignoramus so she could have perhaps spent more time focusing on her job, and less on the explanation of her miserable life. I will never again return to this establishment, and if you hold an ounce of care for your hair, I would highly recommend that you do so aswell.

I called Sheen Ali and asked specifically whether or not they have stylists that are trained and have done the Ombre type of style to which they said yes. I proceeded to book an appointment and headed in a few days later. The gentleman that styled my hair was nice, but had no idea what he was doing. He did not ombre my hair, but instead dip dyed it so that the top of my hair was brown and the bottom half of my hair was a shocking brassy colour, and you could visibly see the line where he had painted on the lightener. In order to "blend" the colour, he drew on strips of lightener up into my hair - it didn't work. He did tell me that I could call within 2 weeks and head back in if I decided I didn't like it which was nice. I got home, cried, called the salon right away and booked an appointment with another stylist for the next morning. When I went in she was pleasant and fixed my hair - dyeing it back to the original colour it was before I ever went into the salon. In the end, I paid a ridiculous amount of $170.00 to have my hair stripped, dead, and then dyed back the same colour that it was before. I will never recommend or go to Sheen Ali again. If your staff does not know how to do a certain technique, do not claim that they do.
