Manager cut my sons hair twice now and it is terrible. So many flaws. Went there 3 times that first cut was awesome. She talks like shes better than the other ones when correcting her but shes not. Nice personality and pleasant but shes not as great as she thinks. I would rather go to a hip salon almost the same price and a GOOD cut

Had to write a review after such adept customer service and genuine care. Thank you to a stylist named "Dee" who took time to greet me with a smile. How rare these days. I had a haircut on a weekday evening, and was surprised to find the store so clean, organized and the staff were efficient. Dee listened to me on how I wanted my hair trimmed and the style I was looking for. She also suggested another choice saying it would suit me...well I trusted her knowledge and demeanor and I am so glad I did! Thank you Dee for a professional cut and taking time even when others came in to the store. I never felt rushed. I will definitely visit this salon again and maybe buy some of the products she suggested. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy, just a kind suggestion on what the featured product could do for my hair type. Thank you Dee!

Went in today to chop my hair off which always makes me nervous because I have thick hair and it's not easy to cut properly! But I had Lindsy and she did an amazing job! She was very polite and fun to talk to while she did my hair. Great experience! Love my new hair style!!

First time ever writing a review but today I felt compelled. I donâ€™t give my hair much thought but the past few cuts I keep returning to Lindsy. Not only do I get a great hair cut but she always has a smile and great conversation. Today I brought my 80 year old mother to Lindsy for a cut, colour and highlites. Not only did Lindsy do a great job, she paid attention and she cared enough to make an elderly woman feel special. She even got my mother a drink of water to help control her cough. Thank you Lindsy for going above and beyond. It was greatly appreciate.

Stopped in here on a Friday after work and stylist named Dee. She was professional and courteous in cutting my hair and beard. Good knowledge and customer service. Very pleased.
