I am dissappointed with my haircut.I have no hair left.Also dont like the colour of highlights.After crying alot and will have to wear a hat for a month.Wont need a trim for 6 months to a year.Dont know what style it is supposed to be. What were you thinking.Cant look in the mirror.Hopefully it grows quick. MargWoolcock

NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN. And I do not recommand anyone to go there either. They will ask you for your phone number and if you don't, they will refuse to serve you.

I jut got my haircut yesterday and she did a horrible job. I am never going back in there again! She didn't even part my hair properly all she did was brush it out to make sure there was no knots and barley even got my hair wet when cutting. While cutting my hair she chose to do a blunt cut which is not even what I asked for, she cut two extra inches off that I did not ask for and when seeing if the two sides were even she just snipped away with no care in the world and now my sides are all different lengths and it is noticeable. The hair dresser wouldn't even show me what it looked like, so I had to wait till I was home to see. Sad thing is that I can't even go somewhere else to have them fix it because I wouldn't have much hair length left.

Every time I go they are so busy the wait would be over 40 minutes so I never stay.

I really appreciate the customer service ( with a smile), ideal prices for my cut and style and the wonderful job done by Amber to meet my wishes when she does my hair...I won't go anywhere else.

The hairdressers were so unprofessional. Waited 45mins..4 people ahead 2 of which were children 1 gentleman for a trim when elderly for a perm . 4 on duty. . One decided to go home..31/2 he shift..with only at that point 1 ahead. One dresser in the bathroom where it's so close you can hear her gagging after a cigarette break . Needless to say I left and so did a mom with twin girls . Wow
