I'm giving it 4 stars because I had to wait a little over half an hour to get serviced but I had a great experience and love my haircut. I would definitely recommend this salon to others.

You will not be disappointed! Masters at hair color and great hair in general! I've been a client for many years and am never disappointed!!! Beautiful salon in the heart of downtown.

Bought my girlfriend a gift certificate here, she wanted to get her hair died a deep purple. She told this to the staff on the phone when making an appointment, but when she arrived for the appointment was told they don't carry vibrant colors. The gentlemen said he could get it close-turns out close was a fuscia like pink. That's not close to a deep purple. He also did not bleach her hair prior to putting in the dye (she is a brunette) and only put the color over some blonde highlights. Nowhere near worth a premium price of $200.

Simply the best. Lisa & her crew are the consummate professionals. I've been coming to Capello's since they were in the Hyatt many years ago, and now most of my friends, coworkers, and family all come here! Can't beat the combination of service, quality, and pleasant staff.
