I switched from another spa and salon to Trenz. It was a good experience the first time so I expect to go back soon. Atmosphere, decor, and size were surprisingly excellent. Staff seemed extremely friendly.

Awesome staff! I hadn't had my hair cut in months so I expected an unhappy employee due to the amount of work that needed to be done, had the exact opposite experience. Friendly talented and well priced. Best place in thunderbay!!!!

Being new to Thunder Bay and committed to the same hair dresser in another city for 3 years I was sceptical about trusting another salon. Especially since I was making a big change with my hair (having short hair the the first time since I was 3) BUT they got me in within a half an hour. I saw Adrian and he made me fall in love with my hair! He listened to my wants and gave me just that. This is definitely my new spot.

they have a strong opinion, they hardly ever dye it or cut it the way youâ€™ve asked or wanted it. there are a couple of staff who do a very good job but the others not so much, they need to understand what the customers want
