@ jo joo i too have experienced the mediocre service offered by their hair stylist. had to pay £500 for an ordinary weave installation... the stylist was totally rude... the owner and the stylist had a very disgusting attitude not caring about repeat business... anyway advice to owner fire your afro hair stylist. anyone who can afford to pay £500 and black is obviously not a low class person. you need to change your attitude towards customers so you can have repeat business. otherwise you'll never have elite clientele... it was that rude black male stylist in my case. fire that dude..., and train your employees about how to conduct themselves. you need to provide first class service if you're charging top £££

THEY CANNOT DO AFRO HAIR. Just walked out as Blessing rudely watched one of their hairsressers yank at my hair to comb it. I have 4b afro hair. Obviously so. If you ask an assisrant to help he should know how to comb my hair. I instead combed it myself while Blessing watched and said NOT a word. I booked with a director - who watched as her junior colleague pulled out my hair and then watched as i did her job. Would I have waited if she told me to hang on? Of course but instead she let me sit there humliatingly combing my own hair in her hair salon while others looked on and she watched without saying one single word to me or him. Do not go here. Find someone else who will treat you and your hair with respect. It's not worth the savings.

Sam has cut (and sometimes coloured my hair) for around 25 years. Nobody has ever cut my hair as well as Sam, nor blowdried it as well, in all of those years. On many occasions, complete strangers have complimented me on my hair within an hour or two of me leaving the salon.

I came out with fabulous hair and the stylist was really nice . My hair is now healthy and shiny ( 4d afro type of hair ) and the price was less than expected for a hair salon in Covent Garden
