A few weeks ago I had gone in for a haircut, my usual stylist wasn't in so I figured I'd try someone new. I knew my notes would be on file. I ended up getting this girl who told me she was the manager. She seemed awfully young and judging by her comments, it was apparent. Her and I got to talking and she had informed me that my usual stylist had a bit of an attitude on her. From a clients point of view, I don't understand how that was an appropriate conversation. Especially for someone in management. I've just recently gotten into speaking publicly in front of hundreds of people and one thing I've always mentioned is when I go for a haircut, I like to feel comfortable. I like my stylist to be confident in themselves and their coworkers. But I'm sorry to say, but I felt very uncomfortable leaving your salon that day. I have not been back since. And to tell you the truth, I don't plan to.

Sorry, but won't come again, let alone bring my son. It was building up and I gave them two more chances, but that's it. One lady especially, shouldn't work with population at all, especially not with kids. Eternal "hate everyone" facial expression. Always treats customers like everyone is "border line retarded", always that arrogant and "mad at the whole world", totalitarian upbringing attitude. I'm not going to name her, but I believe it's fairly easy to figure out. On the other hand Klisha and one more girl (so sorry I didn't remember her name) are great and one more girl is very good (my experience). Don't know how many hair stylists there are and if I've seen all. Thank you.

Took my son there couple of days ago, no line up, the lady, I think her name was Michelle, was very friendly, fast and professional. Keep up the good work!
