Receptionist is very friendly and polite. Place was clean and tidy. I saw Kim and she's very personable and friendly. She gave me an awesome haircut which she changed slightly from how it was before and I love it. Keep in mind I loved my previous haircut but this one suites me better and she knew exactly what to do. I would definitely recommend her. : )

I've been going there for several years. It's a small, very friendly and very professional salon. I believe they can accommodate everyone (sex, age etc) with trims, and short notice appt. With that said, the stylists Soka and Kim are both exceptionally talented and experienced with color, cuts, styling and related services.

I've been to the same stylist a few times and she was only nice to me when I started asking about her life. But she's a good stylist otherwise.

I got my hair done on Tuesday evening and I do not understand how this salon has had any bad reviews. It is outstanding. All the ladies are very friendly and they did a better job on my hair than a supposed "5 star salon" downtown. My stylist made great conversation and the receptionist was kind.

If you are consider getting a trim on your LONG, BEAUTIFUL hair.. DO NOT go here. I went in and made it known that I was EXTREMELY nervous and scared about getting my hair trimmed. I told the stylist that I wanted my hair the same shape, just shorter. I figured that would pretty much sum up what I wanted. After she asked me for the 4th time what I wanted I should have just left. I am now left with hair that is 6 inches shorter then it should be, longer in the front then in the back by 2 inches and just looks like a choppy mess! I knew it was shorter but I didn't actually realize how butchered it was until I got home and started getting ready for the rest of my day. I shared a photo with my mother and she was appalled. I went back the same day and asked to speak to the manager.... She just looked at my blankly when I asked her if this looked normal to her? The stylist would not come down from upstairs to see. They did not know how to do a refund so I was asked to come back the next day. When I went in to get the refund the stylist was sitting at the counter and did not say ONE word to me. I have the live with this haircut now until it grows back enough for the shape to be fixed.
