Went for a colour correction, my hair was bleached and the toner didn't take it dark enough so I went there and asked her to tone it again and take the brass out of the ends. She said she had to do foils but I said I didn't want her to as I was scared of the damage but she assured me she could do it with her lowest developer without damage. I left bawling my eyes out cause she left it in wayy too long (an hour and 20 mins) and only washed it out then because I told her to wash it out now! My hair was coming out in clumps when she was trying to brush, not wide tooth comb, Brush it out! This is the worst experience I've ever had at a supposed professional salon! I would have done a better job myself, after all, I just wanted get a demi color put on. I'm so livid, my long hair halfway down my back had to be cut to above the shoulder Bob! I want to die!
