WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Botched my hair & did not do anything but make me wait almost a month to basically tell me to bad, so sad. I went into Savour Fair Hair Design just prior to my birthday on Sept23/16 to get my hair to a bleach blonde from an already light color of blonde. Sam - Joes wife, had bleached, toned, put color in, & toned my hair again in 2 different areas. Once it was all said & done, my hair was 4 different colors. Instead of leaving with what I asked for, I left with grey, green, blue, orange & some of the previous blonde in my hair. Not to mention, I was originally quoted $230 & I had to pay $262.50 before I was able to leave the salon, with a promise that in a week it would dye down & if not, they would correct it. I cancelled my birthday plans & called a week later. I was told it wasn't their fault, but my hair. In addition, that they would not reimburse me any funds for the error. I told Joe I wasn't comfortable with her touching my hair again as I had spent 5 hrs in their salon & did not leave with what I wanted & paid more than what I was quoted. I inquired on if she was even licensed & he got very defensive & would not show me any proof. I was told a color tech could be called in to fix it but he wanted to touch base w/ Sam first & she was in Edm until the following week. I waited a week, called back on Wedns as I was advised to do & no one picked up. Tried again on Thursday & ended up being told Sam was still away & that he would look into getting a color tech to come in & fix it, to call back ANOTHER week later. I called back yet again & still, no resolution. He told me Sam was willing to fix it but not give me my $ back. After telling him numerous times that I did not want her touching my hair again & him not being able to show me that she was licensed to even be touching my hair, nor did he even attempt to get a color tech into the salon as I had been waiting for weeks for, I lost my patience. At this point I am reporting them to the BBB & disputing it with my credit card company. I highly suggest to take your business elsewhere if you want quality service & integrity because this business lacks it. It's one thing to make a mistake when doing someones hair but then to blame the customer & take no accountability for it, is another. Please be aware.
