Without a doubt I love Empire. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff. Once you are seated in your chair, you begin your professional consult. My consult has always been with Shawna at the salon. She has been my stylist for years. She is the only one who can handle these thick locks of mine!! You then get to sit back and relax with a latte or a glass of vino! I donâ€™t go for a hair appointment, I go for an experience. Shawna is also the owner of the salon. She has created this business with her passion for this industry and in a very unique way. The stylists at Empire work as a team, and that is the difference. They help each other out and you will feel that when you are there. If you want professionalism, a hard working team and great hair, then Empire is the place to go.

I adore Empire! From the moment I walk in even if itâ€™s for product, or to book an appointment the receptionist is there to help. If you have questions about product a hair stylist is happy to assist you. You can tell that the owner takes pride in her business and customer service as sheâ€™s always around checking in with a smile on her face. Cara is an amazing hair stylist! All staff at empire that Iâ€™ve met or even seen has been extremely professional and polite to everyone. I will continue to travel 45 minutes for an appointment as itâ€™s the best salon Iâ€™ve been to.

I get so excited when my hair appointment pops up on my calendar. Empire Salon is a fun and relaxing environment, and who doesnâ€™t love a glass of wine while they sit? Iâ€™ve been seeing Shawna for years and highly recommend anyone on her dream team to help you reach the look you want. Super accommodating and friendly. Amazing Salon

Empire is one of my favourite places to go! Shawna is an incredible stylist and her vision for a salon could not have been any more amazing. I have been seeing Shawna & Cara for my hair for the last 9 years. They have never failed to give me stunning locks and top notch service. I get non-stop compliments about my hair after every appointment. Plus, I always look forward to my Latte! I love everything about Empire. It feels like you are visiting friends. You couldn't meet nicer people. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I've been going to Empire Salon since the opening and have received nothing but exceptional experiences each time. Stylists are masters at their profession, very friendly and personable, location is excellent, and atmosphere is trendy and comfortable. They're also licensed to serve alcohol so you can enjoy a tasty beverage while hanging out with these awesome fun bubbly people (VERY cool!). It's blatantly obvious the negative reviews are from competitors or and such, because ANYONE I know who has received an Empire experience has nothing but positive things to say! Each time I go there it's the best haircut I've ever had.
