Owner and staff careless and selfish

The owner Jo told me directly that he didnt care about his customers or the patrons in the community around him. I voiced my concerns about his brother parking like an A******. Taking up two parking spots on a regular basis for his precious car. He looks like an arrogant selfish a** when the parking lot is full and he is taking two! His staff and himself decided to LAUGH at me instead. WOW great customer service skills. I will make sure to tell everyone how this business is ran. Tell people to support a company that cares for the community, not a careless a******!

If you need anything for your hair, this is the place, I recently got a treatment for my hair, and so much love the result. Because of past bad experience, also that I have really long hair I am very apprehensive of approaching any new saloon. But, I am glad I visited here and finally got help for my hair to even its texture. The team is simply amazing, they make you feel so comfortable and even the longer treatments feel so quick as they engage is so well with you in conversations. Lea is a amazing lady, gives honest advice and does the best for you, and tony is wonderful person, he was so caring throughout. So, yes highly recommended this place.

I was trying different barbers since I moved from north edmonton to south. This location was recommended by my friend. He said just try once and you will be impressed. I must say this place is not like other hair salons. People working their will make you feel like you are somewhere familiar. They talk to you they are smiling they are really a family kinda atmosphere. They are really professional. I went their met tony and he is a great guy, very professional, gave me a great hair cut. Definitely my only place from Now on for a hair cut.
