Before booking an appointment, I clearly explained my hair: mixed texture, very curly & explained I wanted to be able to put my hair up, etc. Felicia assured me they could handle it. I got a haircut & extensions. The extensions were SO poorly blended, it literally looked like a mullet. I told the hair dresser I’d play with it at home and come back if it still wasn’t working. It wasn’t. I went back a few days later to have it fixed (barely any better). Then a few days after that a track came loose which is ridiculous after a week and a half. It was so poorly blended that I had to constantly clip it back. So, after a few weeks of that, I decided to take them out. That’s when I realized my hair had been cut SO short it would no longer go in a ponytail. I called Felicia to explain how unhappy I was and she totally minimized it, saying different clients like different things. What client likes a mullet? And no apology/acknowledgment of of the bad haircut. She did offer half off another install but why would I want to give their business more
Money when I had already spent $600? I had heard great things about this salon but was really disappointed.
