Owner Sarah has consistently given me the BEST haircuts of my life. I'm not exaggerating — since Sarah became my hair guru I've had complete strangers compliment my hair while passing me on the street. I highly recommend this salon if you want top-notch expertise!

I went in for a hair cut and deep condition with a Groupon I had gotten as a gift. The ladies at the salon were all super helpful and sweet. My appointment was at 2 pm and they were right on time. I didn't wait in the waiting area long. I like the industrial decor of this place. It is simple , clean and functional. Mary Clare did a great job with my cut. She listened to what I wanted and found a way to make it for with my face shape and hair texture. I totally will be going back .

Great haircut and style. Jada did my hair exactly how I wanted it. My only complaint is that the salons furniture is uncomfortable and worn out. Overall good experience.

I love their studio and love getting new styles by Brooke! She very patiently understands what you're wanting to do with your hair, and does an absolutely fab job!!

I came to this salon over 2 years ago and I remember it was a challenge getting through to them but I eventually did the same day, and the root touch up itself was fine. Fast forward to today, I purchased a Groupon for their salon and I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 days. There is no room to leave voicemails and their text-number they refer you to, nobody responds to you either. I requested a refund from Groupon and will be giving my feedback to them as well. Covid or not, or whether you can afford it or not, you need a front receptionist, not just 1 person in the salon doing all the work themselves. I'm not sure what their circumstances are but if your business says open, there is no excuse for not answering the phone for over 2 days. Get it together guys. Groupon buyers beware.
