I came to this salon over 2 years ago and I remember it was a challenge getting through to them but I eventually did the same day, and the root touch up itself was fine. Fast forward to today, I purchased a Groupon for their salon and I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 days. There is no room to leave voicemails and their text-number they refer you to, nobody responds to you either. I requested a refund from Groupon and will be giving my feedback to them as well. Covid or not, or whether you can afford it or not, you need a front receptionist, not just 1 person in the salon doing all the work themselves. I'm not sure what their circumstances are but if your business says open, there is no excuse for not answering the phone for over 2 days. Get it together guys. Groupon buyers beware.
