Iâ€™ve never had a worse experience getting my haircut in my life. Iâ€™ve been coming for 3 years, and the last 3 times have been absolute garbage. Every time before I had always tipped 40% now I refuse to go back. I left with my hair completely fried to the point itâ€™s breaking. My hair is literally falling out of my head. They forgot about me completely at the hair dryers so I had to sit there for over an hour. Now my hair is 4 different colours and I have a bleach ring around my head. Not only were they extremely rude but they did a horrible job. Stay clear.

I recently visited shadified and I am sad to say but my experience was extremely disappointing. Iâ€™m not posting this to complain about the staff. They were very nice however, I still left very upset. I sent a photo to the stylist of how I wanted my hair unfortunately it looks nothing like it. My hair was not damaged before and now itâ€™s stringy from being over bleached. I also asked the stylist to colour my roots to my natural colour which is a dark drown (to cover the greys). She used a lighter brown then my natural colour and now my roots are lighter then the outer roots and it didnâ€™t cover any of the grey. After leaving the salon I sent a message to the owner expressing my concerns. He told me he would get back to me but still hasnâ€™t. I would not suggest this salon to anyone.

I've been to shadified a few times as I live close by. The most recent time I went was last week to get some black put in my blonde hair as well as fix my roots. It was a spur of the moment decision and they closed in just over an hour. I called and asked if they could fit me in and they did ! My stylist was amazing and colored my hair exactly how I wanted it. It looked just like the picture I showed. He even took time to curl it at the end, absolutely phenomenal service and I LOVE my new hair â™¡ I wish I could have afforded to give him a bigger tip but next time !!

Itâ€™s a real toss up. Depending on who you get you may have someone who cares about its clients or somone who is totally void of attention and care to detail. Walking out with dye on my ears and forehead I now have to reschedule the meeting I had planned to attend. Wait times can be very long as well. Iâ€™ve had both bad experiences and good ones, again all depends on who you sat with. Reasonable pricing.
