Let me start by saying I am extremely picky who does my hair and how it looks when finished. I checked out this shop and decided to try it a few times before reviewing. I am extremely happy with the haircuts I have received and especially the service, it is hands down the best hair shop I have been to. The fade I got and attention to detail is the best in the city. I will be a customer for life

Not impressed at all. I felt like I gave an accurate description to what I wanted and it came nothing close to what I asked.. I had shoulder length hair and I wanted to shorten it up a bit and frame my long bangs around my face, instead the hairdresser, who is also the manager, decided to chop my bangs off. I did not want any bangs and my hair is all choppy and uneven. I'm not impressed at all and at the end I felt obligated to pay I was in such shock, I wanted a refund and she wouldn't offer me one. I will never come back and now I have to go to another hairdresser in order to fix the mess she created.

I WILL DEFINITELY BE NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS SALON FOR SCREWING UP MY HAIR THAT I WILL BE DEALING WITH FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS UNTIL IT GROWS BACK! The result of my hair cut tells the otherwise than the photo Iâ€™ve shown as to how my hair should look like. The cut is uneven and isnâ€™t even clean. Itâ€™s a total nigtmare. Itâ€™s depressing and absolutely not worth your money- a total horror!
