This is the best hair salon I've ever been to, and I will definitely be returning. Katsumi was SO so incredibly nice and professional, he suggested ideas to fit my face shape and was very knowledgeable. He was very gentle and was careful about each step in the process. The other stylists were also really nice and I love the vibe this salon gives off. Highly recommend going here! Prices are also very reasonable. If you come here, you are in very good hands. Thank you Katsumi!

Did super straightening a couple month ago. Never came to leave a comment because it was not straight at all but they refunded me so I got nothing to complain. Until a couple weeks ago, I went to another salon trynna fix my hair and straighten it again, they told me that this salon has burned part of my hair. Right after the perm at this salon, I felt different for some part of my hair and I asked them if it was burned or not, they asked me to come into the salon again to check, but the store manager (or owner?) had told me that it wasn’t burned. lol the lies they say to not take the responsibility😅 I have naturally curved hair ever since I was born and I been straightening it in salon for more than 10 years. For the first time someone burned my hair and still haven’t straighten it. And they lied about it. Honestly came to this salon for the good reviews but end up being so disappointed 😅. I have made peace with my burned hair tho and spending a lot for the treatment to keep my hair soft. All I can say is, there’s better salon out there in Vancouver. Consider them before you decide to come here.

I am so in love with my hair by Ryuki. I got my black Asian hair bleached 2x and then dyed pink, and it couldn’t be more beautiful. It’s still in good condition too, surprisingly. The staff here are respectful and kind, and so skilled. Thank you! Will always come here.

I had a very good experience at Chura Crescendo! My stylist was Teppei and he was super kind and friendly and chatted about Japan as he washed and cut my hair. He was very efficient and even taught me how to blow dry and style it after for an easy low-maintenance look. My hair feels much healthier and softer and looks great. Highly recommend the salon!
