High Fidelity is my favourite salon now! :D Iâ€™m very low maintenance with my hair, it grows straight and I usually curl it with a flat iron if I want to dress up. When I get my haircut here, I book my appointment with Alex and she is so knowledgeable and kind! She transformed my hair from shapeless, long, and shaggy to a very elegant, voluminous hairstyle that still pasts my shoulders! What I like the most about Alex is that she gave me very helpful tips on how to achieve the volume I want with my hair. She even styled my hair with a flat iron after my haircut, so I could follow her tips and recreate it at home ^^ Bonus: High Fidelity is a salon with friendly dogs and you may even get to cuddle with a dog buddy while getting your hair cut! The dogs Iâ€™ve met there are always very sweet

This is the third salon that I've followed Ella to, and quite possibly my favourite yet. The staff are very welcoming and the space is unpretentious and modern. And of course Ella is fantastic, which is why I keep coming back to her! Can't recommend enough.

Iâ€™ve been coming to HF for 3 years every month for amazing short haircuts from Jill. Thanks to her Iâ€™ve been looking mega fly. Sheâ€™s now the go-to human for the majority of my friends for cuts and color. Every member of the team is warm and welcoming. And the best doggoâ€™s come and greet you when you arrive! Iâ€™m asked so often where I go to have my hair done, that Iâ€™ve had to carry cards with me to give to people. HF is the best! Jill is an artist!

I was lucky to walk into this place 4 years ago and I haven't been anywhere else since! The stylists are all exceptional. I saw Marlo for years- when she left she put me in the very competent hands of Ella. I have recommended HiFi to numerous people and they have all loved their cuts and still go back. The prices are also very reasonable and I LOVE that they are gender neutral. More salons should take a cue from them.

I really enjoy this salon- they have a fun, bright atmosphere, a pricing scale based on length instead of gender, and some really great employees! I have been going to Ella for the past several months, and she does wonders for my curly hair. Will definitely continue to book here!
