Got a Groupon to try out this place. The manicure service was great. Had to purchase a nail file for extra $1.50 I believe. It was hard to make appointment though as no one bother picking up the phone.

Bought a groupon deal for shellac manicure. They told me I have to pay the tax for it (another $9.50) since I have been there before (more than 4 years ago) and the groupon will not pay them any thing. Which I agreed. Then they overcharged me for extra services which the technician said it is $5 extra, but she did not clarify that its $5 PER hand. So, basically for just putting glitter on my 2 ring fingers ONLY, they charged me another $10. Technician was on training. Took almost 2 hours to finish my manicure and at the end the nail polishes were bumpy on my fingers. They were looking uneven in almost 6 of my fingers. I understand people on training might take longer time to do a task but at the end you expect something reasonable since you paid for it.

Bought the Groupon deal for shellac gel/manicure. They had a poor color selection so I had to choose something in didn't really want. I did not like how uneven my nails looked. Came home and my friend evened them out for me. If you are going to attract new customers with this Groupon deal at least do a good job or have an experienced technician providing the service. The color application itself is uneven and bumpy. DO NOT BUY!!

Not the best experience here but the salon is cute and new files used on every client. First appointment was cancelled, second was miscommunicated. Appointments made via text. Shellac manicure with no soaking of the cuticles or hand massage different from a regular manicure experience. Took a little longer Nail Tech in training understandable. Make sure you have 1.5 hours of time for a manicure with shellac. Lack of colours unfortunately. Chair little uncomfortable. Don’t try & save by purchasing a groupon.
