I live in the area and needed a new salon that was close, affordable, and most of all, could cut long hair really well. BEST EXPERIENCE since I've been in Tri-Cities! My hair has never looked this great before - ask for Sachiko, she's amazing with cut! I'm considering going back for a colour- if I do, she'll def be doing it! Kudos!

The atmosphere and dÃ©cor are great. My stylist was on time, knowledgeable, skilled, pleasant and a nice guy. The cut was great, after discussing my usual hair habits and my photo helped, he did what he does -which was great. The scalp massage was wonderful and the aftercare instructions were helpful. No pressure to purchase and great tea!! I loved it and will be back. I have already recommended 2 people to them! Price was right as well!!

Relaxing vibe, efficient and friendly service, reasonably priced, and wine! Iâ€™m very happy with Sachikoâ€™s highlights and cut. Sheâ€™s meticulous. I will definitely be back.

I love Audrey as my stylist. She listens and is able to turn my nonsense into actions, and make my hair look like I want it to. She's the best stylist I've ever had. She really does take everything you say into account and tries to make sure she gets it as close to what you were wanting as possible. I'm so happy with my hair for the first time in years. Thank you!

This was my first time to Luxe and they delivered on everything they said they would. The free head massage at the shampoo basin is great, plus since its included in the cost of a haircut so you cant beat it. They know how to treat a "regular guy" like me and not make me feel uncomfortable sitting next to men in suits. I like how friendly the staff was and they really seem to care about their customers. I have been back 1 time since and the service was just as good if not better, I feel like a regular after only 2 times!
