Absolutely love the staff here they are always a friendly and make you feel welcomed. I bought my hair extensions over a year ago and the quality of hair is great they still look and feel amazing compared to other extensions i have had in the past. This store is a little hidden gem inside the mall because if you buy extensions they give you free hairstyling whenever you want! Highly recommended if you are looking for hair extensions!

I DO NOT recommend this place!!!! Buying a wig is really important: the person usually feels self cautious to begin with. So its important to be able to consult with your family member. This place doesn't allow to take/send photos to your family to ask for advice. When my husband tried to send me a picture of my mom, the salesperson made a REALLY big deal out of it yelling and THREATENING them. My mom (77) was very upset! She really did not expect to have such an unfriendly experience. Very rude! I had to apologize for this place and calm her down when they got back home. The sales person has no understanding what the standard of service is and how to behave. We did not buy a wig, obviously. Never will go back.

I have bought a couple wigs here as well as extensions. The staff are helpful and friendly and very skilled at hair styling. I would recommend this store if you are in the market for Wigs or extensions. Their extensions come with free hair styling for life so that is a definite bonus. I would like to see more hair pieces as well but overall a great experience.
