The owner is not nice at all even if you are not in her hair salon, I was waiting for someone with my girlfriend near the salon and she went out to yell at us and tell us to leave without saying "Hello", "Please" or "Thank you", which is the essential for a business. I do not recommend at all.

Mila gave me the best haircut I've ever had. If you have short hair and are looking for integrity make an appointment with her. You can tell she has a great amount of experience

If you like precision hair cut like me, you have to go see Mila! She's a very skilled hairstylist!! She gives precision hair cut, and does great hair colouring. Also, the hair products she carries has amazing quality. She always listens and give her inputs. She will take time to explain and coach you along the consultation process. I am so glad I've found her and highly recommend Mila to everyone!!

I have been going to the Zone Hair Gallery for many years now and it is truly an awesome place to get your hair done. I highly recommend it! The salon is clean and tidy and the staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. The products they use are simply the very best. Mila is a colour and cut professional - she's quite a perfectionist and her colour and cut is meticulous - every single time! Believe me - it shows! If you want your hair done perfectly every single time, try the Zone. The styling tips I've received have helped tremendously. The Zone is truly a TREASURE and I'd recommend The Zone Hair Gallery to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I tried Zone for the first time this Spring and I have never been happier with the way my hair looks and feels. It is healthy, vibrant and I finally have the cut/colour I always wanted. And, the owners really listen to what you need (a surprising rarity!) and give great results. I recommend this salon without hesitation. It's the best experience and results I've had in Vancouver.
