I went there for a haircut this Wednesday, with Manny. The staff are all super friendly and courteous. The service is indeed fabulous. However upon sitting in Manny's chair, I very specifically said that I do not want my length shortened. I had beautiful long hair which was simply out of style, and I wanted to keep it long. My hair almost touched my waist. Manny acknowledged that and said he will only take a couple of inches off the back and I said , please take as little as possible. However I came out with my overall length shortened by no fewer than 4-5 inches and my hair reaching just midnof my shoulder blades. Manny called it styled and sexy and etc and yes it is indeed so. It’s a beautiful cut and it looks nice. But it’s not what I wanted. When I said as much , he said, come back in 6 months when your hair grows and I’ll give you the same style in long hair !! The gall! Why couldn’t he simply respect my wish and give me the same style in long hair now ???? In my culture, long hair is valued. I have had haircuts before that made me feel sexy and beautiful , gave my hair movement and volume while maintaining my length. Sadly, my go to hair cutter moved away. I am baffled that a hairdresser with 35 years of experience did not know how to do that and instead destroyed my length and suggested I come back in 6 months to have another cut by him if I don’t like my current hair cut !

It has been over a year since my last haircut as I was not able to find a hairdresser in Brampton whom I trusted - until now. Manny did an amazing job with my haircut! He gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and educated me on my hair. I am so happy with my new do! Such a great experience at this salon. Ashley was also very friendly and did a great job with blow drying/styling my hair. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this salon! Manny, you are god’s gift to hairdressing.

The whole team at the House of Mann is welcoming and enthusiastic. Manny really took the time to explain how my hair should be cut and styled, and gave me the best haircut I have had in years. I have thick long curly hair, which I got cut into layers and thinned out. It now frames my face, is light, and I've received many compliments on it. He also ensures that all the staff deliver quality service and I would now trust any of them . Amanda took the time to teach me how to use Redken styling products to style my curls gently, and answered my many questions! Would defintely recommend this salon.

Had my first appointment at House of Mann and was nervous because i’ve Had so many disappointments with hairdressers. Manny took one look at my hair, recognized the issues and had solutions. Provided step by step description of what he was dong and why. Was very happy with the results and realize that it will take some time to get where I want to be. Wonderful experience, friendly staff great atmosphere. House of Mann and Manny, both my new go to location. Thank you

I usually hate getting my hair done... Salons are either pretentious or way too gossipy for my taste... I was looking for a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere that knows what to do with my hair. I found that place at House of Mann! Manny gave me a great haircut and a lovely stylist (forgot her name - so sorry!) showed me how to style it. Manny really explained my cut every step of the way, he listened to me, but offered his own suggestions based on his many years of experience. The best part was the atmosphere...Manny was so positive and upbeat and the staff worked together and really seemed happy to be there... It was a really great experience as everyone there was working hard to make sure I was a happy customer- and I definitely was! I will definitely be coming back for some highlights by Maggie soon! Thanks House of Mann for making me actually enjoy being at a salon!
