I've been to this place a few times and had a different hairdresser than I would have booked and unfortunately I did not have a good haircut here. Even though you choose from a menu before you book online, the person who cut my hair did not seem to know how to cut short hair or know how to fade properly... to their credit, they consistently checked with me with the mirror to see I was happy with it but I ended up getting sick of it. To be honest, I've had a better free haircut at the London barberschool. Â£40 is significantly overpriced for the haircut that I received. When the hairdresser felt like they had finished I had to correct them multiple times as the hair was uneven. I don't want to name the hairdresser as they may be better at cutting women's hair and looking around, there clearly are hairdressers there who know how to cut short hair. It should be up to the owner to ensure consistency or that their hairdressers are trained for all styles or know to ask for advice. Its a Â£40 haircut...

I had a lovely long-bob haircut done by Aiko! Prior to this my sister also had a haircut with her and the good results convinced me to come back for my own hair. Aiko really listened to what I asked for and gave her own inputs on anything I wasn't sure about. They also offered drinks and magazines to keep me comfortable before starting on my hair, I felt truly welcomed.

The hair stylists are highly skilled. The salon is a friendly warm relaxing environment. My hair was styled by Yuka, one of the senior stylists. Very happy with the results, thank-you! :-)

I would like to highly recommend the Korean top stylist Kumhee who took my haircut and gave me a totally different change on hair style. I was medium-long hair before have this short hair style. She is very professional, discussing my idea on hair-style and then giving her own suggestion. Iâ€™m very happy with my hair!!!

Fabulous haircut! It was my first time at Jubilee and I wanted to get stylish haircut by a stylist who has many experience. John was definitely a person I was looking for! Salon has a good atmosphere and staffs are very friendly. They definitely know how to make clients happy. Highly recommended to others if they want fabulous haircut!
