I have been coming to this salon for almost a year. I really appreciate the work of the staff and how they take care of customers. Preeth had been cutting my hair for last one year and she does an amazing job every single time. Thank you and keep up the good work.

My hairdresser in UK made a right mess with my hair, whilst on vacation in Milton recently my sister who is a customer of Unique Touch & Spa introduced me to Preet & Samairah, I went back 2 days later, had my hair done with good result, they are both friendly. If I ever go back to Canada in the near future I will definitely go back to them.Keep up the good work Preet, Kajal & Samairah.

Most horrible place to get anything done here, very unprofessional and ill trained staff. The wax was so hot that the facial skin got burnt and left severe burn marks. Talked to the owner but all I got was a sorry when asked for a refund I heard a flat No, instead of refunding the money I was told I am exaggerating the issue. This place is horrendous, if anyone cares for their own safety then should not go to unique for any service. It will not last much longer with such useless staff and service. One can fool people only for sometime not forever. No stars for this place, absolutely disappointed.

Extremely upset and disappointed, last week I had booked a session for Laser Hair removal for my arms and legs. I am left with severe burns on my arms and legs. I will not recommend Laser treatment from this place. Definitely not qualified to do it. Was in severe pain and discomfort for the past 1 week and I had to seek medical advice to treat the burns.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 10 years. Preet and Kajol are amazing. Reasonable price and great service.

Absolutely poor customer service. I had an appointment booked for 10 am and no one was there nor was the salon open and the phone was also not being answered. Waited around till 10:30 am and still no one showed up. Save urself and go elsewhere!!!

All the good reviews here are from their own friends and family, trying to cover up the truth. Old typicl tricks, won't work, you can't fool people always.
