The atmosphere is lovely but the customer service and end product need major work. I had an appointment booked for 6pm and was not seated for my pedicure until 6:45pm. Sat there for another 30 min while they were working on other clients. Definitely over booked and under staffed. The end product was very messy with nail polish all over my cuticles and on the skin around my nails. I thought theyâ€™d clean them up before finishing but they did not. I would have asked but they closed at 7pm and it was already 8:30pm by the time I was done because nobody started working on me until 7:15pm! I had a pedicure and shellac manicure booked. I felt bad they were staying late to finish my services otherwise I would have asked them to do my nails over. The end product was not worth the money and I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

I am not a regular here but I have been here a few times. Every time I have gone I have received excellent service from the super friendly staff and the space and tools are always very clean. They always do a great job on my nails (hands and feet) and it has become my go to place when I want my nails done!

The BEST nail salon! I have been getting my nails done at the Nail Bar since they opened and have continuously loved the service, atmosphere, and the people. The staff are always precise and friendly, you can tell that they truly care about the work they are doing. My appointment times have always been respected, which is key for a busy professional who needs to get in and out and all too uncommon with busy salons. The salon is always kept in A+ shape, with attention to detail in every area of the premises. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations!
