The hair dresser (Mussarat) is extremely rude. She is not good at cutting hair on curly or wavy hair as an example. She never listens to my design choice and instead goes her own way. In the end I could have done a better job myself and she costs way to much money! She needs to go back to barber school.

The hairdresser is very rude. I have never in my life seen someone who is rude as her. She is only able to work on a specific type of hair, so if your hair is curly, she will not do it. She does not seem to have any experience at all, and she will rush you and ask you not to be picky as she said to me. Today was my first and last time to go to her salon. It is my worst experience in KW, and I could style my hair away better than her. In top of that, her prices are way too higher than many other places. So please do not waste your money and time.
