My recent trip to this salon was a bit of a letdown. The hairdresser was way too heavy-handed, pulling my hair when styling it. And talking about the length – my hair ended up way shorter than I wanted. I did like the styling but it was not worth the painful experience I had.

I wanted to share my experience that I had today at Cleopatras. I have hand tied extensions that are 24 inches and it’s a lot of hair! I called looking for a wash and style and let me tell you the owner did an amazing job. I know you might be thinking it’s a wash and style but when you have this much hair it can be a challenge for some of stylists. She is experienced and takes great pride in her work. She was so down to earth and professional I felt so comfortable in her chair, she was amazing I left feeling very happy and my hair feels amazing! Next time I am in town I will not call anywhere else it’s so nice to find a salon that you can recommend to others!
