High employee turnover. After testing their services as a client, I decided to work there; unfortunately, I was very disappointed-to say the least!
Manager and owner need serious business management training (sorry but- employee rivalry needs attention and my experience was 'back-breaking' and unfair).
Don't trust the 5 star reviews- they are most likely, reviewed by the owner's friend's/family and maybe even several email accounts of the same person (the owner)!!!
Employer needs to be transparent with employee commission-sales; the software is designed to hide our product-sales- transactions, leaving me in the dark about how much commission I am owed (but this will change soon-for upcoming staff)! ; /.
When standing up for my rights, I was treated with childish mind-games by the owner and scolded for unveiling the ugly truth to my fellow co-workers...leading to my termination. Therefore, I forwarded my complaint to the Labour Commission Board (something I didn't want to do but am now relieved I did). I could have let it go but that's what you get for being condescending; in my humble opinion.
