I went to get my hair done here on Monday, for the first time. The hair dresser back combed my hair and then applied hair dye do blend my root to the rest of my . Resulting in my hair resembling to a bird's nest. Knott's Upon knotts. The hairdresser then told me "this could have been a disaster" quote "I didn't tell you".... (who says that) I was Glad my hair look good that day.. However, at the time I was able to surpass the knots that had to be untied from my hair. I now feel I have dry damaged hair. As a professional I've trusted her yet she over-processed my hair. I haven't dyed my hair in over 6 months just to get my hair one-time by this Salon and now regret it.
