Today was my first time getting a haircut in over a year and Hanna Y was an amazing stylist to be paired with! She listened intently and matched me with a cut and hair products to fit my busy lifestyle. She treated me with so much respect and made the experience relaxing, even getting me a cup of tea to ease into the day. I'm looking forward to getting more haircuts here and hopefully booking them for my wedding.

I had my first haircut at Salon 241 a few weeks ago with Stephanie and it was great! She really seemed to understand the direction I wanted to go in as well and knowing how to work with my hair. Even after a few weeks I still really love my new cut. The salon itself was great, very fun with lots of energy. Would highly recommend!

Alicia G. gave me the best haircut I've had in years, even though it was the first time she'd seen me, and my hair was an overgrown nightmare mess. Asked lots of questions, made sure I was comfortable with the direction she wanted to take, and then absolutely delivered the perfect cut. Would one hundred percent recommend.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the salon. They came highly recommended from family and friends. My stylist was a remarkable young man named Cole. He was very well mannered and treated me with respect. I was shocked to learn he was just starting out as a stylist as his skill set seemed that of a professional with many years under his belt. The salon itself was amazing with multiple individual stations. The stylists I observed were interacting with their clients in a almost forgotten manner. Pride and skill were on display for all to see. If you’re looking for a great style or even a quick cut they should be your next choice.

I don’t normally do this but feel like I have to share my recent experience. I went in and asked for blonde balayage sun-kissed type look which I have been getting for years and years on my natural hair color. I showed a picture of what this looks like/what I wanted to the stylist beforehand. I could tell he didn’t really know what he was doing and I should have listened to my gut in the beginning and stopped. My hair was ashy and basically grey in the end. I called and came back for a color correction. They put a gold toner over my whole head thinking this would solve the problem. I thought it did until I came home and realized the crown of my head is orange and there were still sections of my hair and that were sticky where the toner wasn’t washed out all the way. Like I had to get in the shower to wash it all out. The color right now is so off-putting I can’t even describe It. Like grey highlights with orange on top. Feels like I wasted 7 hours of my life for my hair to look so much worse than it did when I first came in. I really wanted to have a good experience and they tried but it doesn’t seem like the young stylists have the ability to translate color from an image over to your hair. I would be really cautious about who you book your color appointments with here. I feel like my hair is a disaster. I’m going to another salon for a consultation to try to get this mess sorted out. Just a lot of time wasted on something that was a really simple request.
