Lack of professionalism when i called for a consult. I considered it maybe a one time coincidence, well, i was wrong. I should have read the reviews. I came in and the stylist i was supposed to be meeting with had "just left." When i asked how long she may be, the receptionist looked bewildered and replied, "uh, maybe 30 minutes." What type of business are these people running?

I want to say to the patrons who have had a bad experience at Krystyls. Come to the New salon under new owners and also offer massages.. The name is Armyne's Hair Salon same phone number same address.

The stylists are skilled but they are not punctual or professional. The stylist was very inconsiderate of my time and just generally made every excuse to leave the salon and handle personal issues instead of completing my hairstyle in spite of my complaint. She was completely unapologetic.This seemed to be common place there.
