Okay, lets talk about my initial visit 1st, I called over the phone and asked how much for the two strand twist, I was told 180.00. When I arrived because of the length of my hair, I was told it would be 250.00 and that I should get the Senegalese twists . There were two young ladies there to do my hair. One of them had their small daughter there, which was a major distraction and she was the only one that spoke English. I wish I had their names, anyways, the other young lady didn't speak any English and she sat there and ate McDonald's while doing my hair. When I said something she showed me napkins as if this made it alright. I said, "you can take a break if you would like, I don't want you doing my hair while you eat". Then she stopped eating. It took the two of them 4 hours to do my hair. When I went back three months later to have the braids taken down by a different lady named Jarra, before I sat down for her to start on my hair, I told her that my hair is just as long as the braids. Therefore, she needed to be careful when taking the braids down. She said, "okay", she then took a handful of the right side of my hair and cut it without measuring or anything. She didn't take the braids down all the way to the root, which left my hair extremely tangled up. It took my beautician 6 hours to wash, condition and detangle my hair. Her carelessness left me distraught and depressed. I now have had to cut my hair due to her cutting about 5 inches of hair off one side of my head. I demanded a refund and Jarra had no problem with that but there was another woman there who had nothing to do with it and wasn't even there when this occurred trying to disregard my feelings and what Jarra did wrong, she was being very argumentative. My whole entire experience was a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend this business to a dog. My total service charge was 290.00. I could've spent my money somewhere else, more professional. If you want to keep your hair don't go here for service.
