My last experience at this Salon was horrible. Better yet--HORRIFIC. I paid $60 for a shabby wash & flatiron on my 8 year old daughter's hair which is natural and has length. Her school day pictures were due to be taken the next morning. She DID NOT ATTEND THE NEXT DAY. I spoke with Tara, the practing "beautician", before and after leaving the salon which is 10 minutes from my home. I sent her pictures of my child's hair. She asked what happened and then accused me of allowing my child to shower or get her hair wet. This beautician continued to argue and talk over me and stated she felt offended. What about my money & my child's feelings. What happened to common courtesy & respect to the patron to fix and correct the wronged. Oh yeah, this beautician is and has been aware that I have a disability in both of my hands. If i am able to post pics here, i will attempt. And by the way, the owner-manager does not get involved in her employees affairs with their clients, irregardless of the situation. You decide if this is Godly treatment or real " divine touch" as the name implies.
