My son has gone there twice. They either aren't listening or have no idea how to do the cut that was requested both times. Thank goodness his hair grows fast and he can get the mees they made fixed son.

Awesome customer service!!! Come with your coupon( they cannot provide). Combine the great price with the great cut and you go to Great Clips

Went during the grand opening and had fantastic service. I was greeted and served promptly, the stylist cut my hair very well. Only needed a trim with layers. He did that and gave me tips on how to prevent tangles in my long hair. My needs were listened to and met very well, I recommend them to anyone.
