Went to get hair braided and the owner stayed on the phone the whole time and within 2days my braids started coming out. Very dissatisfied with her service.

Today was my first time going here and my experience was more than GREAT. We started at Exactly 9 and ended at 2. They were really fast with their work and did a wonderful job. This is now my new hairshop for braids. And by the way I have micro plaits.

I would never go there again if you stay in dothan go to Kone Braiding Fatou Joop have people that are not licensed to do hair the only one is Fatou look at wall before you sit....I sat for two hours and she changed the price then refused to do my hair then tried to kick me out with threats had to call the police...the place is bad for business and will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau ASAP....smh

Went to Bai Hair Braiding on July 16. I was told to come at 3. Owner can in and did my hair at 530. I had to wait for her to finish doing Microbraids. I didn't mind waiting, because I thought that I would be sacrificed with my feed in braids. The owner and another stylist were talking/ gossiping and she braided my hair incorrectly. I stopped her and told her my hair was incorrect she said, Oh my goodness I'm sorry girl normally people get it braided this way." Still incorrect. She braided my hair extremely tight, and spaced out. I'm a very easy going person . I told myself I d just deal with it even though I paid. $120.00 for feed in braids. The tension from the braids had my heading hurting so bad. I thought as the days went by that it would loosen up it didn't. I called Bai on Tuesday morning to speak to the owner. She told me that she was in Montgomery and to come on Thursday at 4pm to see what I was talking about it. She didn't come until 5 20 pm. I asked her to redo my hair in the style that I asked. She said, " I do not refunds and I'm not redoing it." After I stated that my edges were coming out, and it wasn't the style that I desired .."She also said that's what your hair look like after braids ( no edges) . Her license expired June 2017 . She also has a unlicensed braider in her shop. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to Bai. I did read Facebook reviews from 2012 . They weren't pleasant at all. I do believe in giving people second chances. I also thought after so many bad reviews, she can only start doing right and it's 2017. I didn't read google reviews or I wouldn't have went to BAI braiding ....
