I came in after going to Sally’s to compare prices on blow dryers and to ask about a product that they didn’t end up having. On my way, a girl name Dei’dra stopped me by asking what I had in my Sally’s bag and preceded to ask me questions about why I had the products. It was fake and obviously trying to see if I stole anything. I get you have to look out for theft but I’ve literally spent hundreds of dollars at this store this week alone so the encounter made me feel extremely uncomfortable and targeted. Especially when it was done so loud and in the middle of the store. I can’t wait to return everything I’ve purchased from this place so she can watch me walk away with no bag at all.

Great store! Great staff! Love this store! Salon, brow bar, perfume, skin care, hair care and SO MANY quality cosmetic choices...What more could you ask for? And they are always adding new brands! Plus you can buy online and pick up in store most things!

Ryan is awesome!!! I had no clue about makeup and he was beyond helpful in helping me find the perfect foundation for my skin tone! He demonstrated excellent customer service!

I had a terrible experince! The manager with glasses and brown curly hair needs to be fired or have a stern talking too!!! She was wearing a sweater with stars on it. The way i heard her talk to her employees is SAD. Trying to dictate instead of lead them!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT on her part!!! Someone teach her how to be polite to her costumers AND workers!!! Will NEVER be back while she works there and will be spreading this news!

I had a return today and drove an hour to the store. This vender Ulta uses Happy drop off isn’t very happy experience. More like unhappy. They had NO return boxes. The cashier wasn’t very nice was rude and said just come back Monday. I’ll never shop here. Horrible customer service I guess this what you get from a low reputable rating. I never do rating but had to report this none return box issue. Manager needs to get it together with Happy Drop off boxes.
