Great and reliable hair stylist I went today to have my hair trim and my highlights like I been doing with Angel every four weeks since she has her business in Gulf Shores and ten years over all. I love her one to one personal touch, her caring and accommodating staff. She is been taking care of my daughter since she was a girl and her next appointment is for her prom in April. Love her professionalism . I referred her to friends when they are visiting. She even take care of my friend when she comes from Germany every year. Thanks for my hair tonight,my husband, Steve loves it!

Where do I even start, I was told my look could and would be no issue to obtain. I went in asking for platinum blonde hair even showed a pic of what I was looking for, after being told there would be no issue i spent the next three hours waiting to see my new beautiful hair, well after all was said and done I ended up with gold blond nothing even close to what I asked for and about choked to death when I was told how much it was. 45.00 just for a hair cut and highlights for 145 when I didn't even get what I asked for was ridiculous. Way over priced and I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I seen no change in my hair, it looked no different when I left then when I arrived.

After coming to Gulf Shores for seven years and trying numerous hair salons I’ve finally found one that I like. On the two occasions I was there Angel, the owner, and Tiffany were working. Tiffany did a great job on my hair & Angel was very helpful, answering my many questions. I would highly recommend this salon. It is a friendly, comfortable atmosphere and the stylists do a great job. Angel Hair is my go-to hair salon In Gulf Shores!

I went there and showed a picture of what I wanted . When I booked the app. I asked for a full highlight. I simply got a gloss and got charged way more than I should have . My hair came out darker than what I asked for . I asked them to fix it and the first time I was answered with saying they couldn't until next week. I work a full time job so I don't have time to take off for them to fix something they messed up. I then proceeded to speak to the owner . She was very rude and I was told since she thought it looked fine I couldn't get a refund . They finally decided to put a few highlights in my hair . They are a INCH away from my scalp. My hair is still darker . Everyone I have seen has asked me if I colored my hair darker . When my husband called . The stylist told him " we can't fix something that's not broken" . My husband was upset when he saw that I got something COMPLETELY different than asked for and paid for . Needless to say I never got the hair I paid for nor did I get any of my money back.

My whole experience at Angel Hair Salon was nice . Since it was my first visit , Angel spent over two hours discussing what I wanted and sharing her thoughts with me .we came to an agreement . She did a beautiful job on the cut and color . I’m very pleased and will make her salon my go to place when we return next winter . Joyce L
