I admit I am spoiled by The Battlehouse Spa, but I was out of town and wanted to try somewhere local. The price was low, so I didn't expect much, but I thought it might be a nice morning to relax. I hate to write this review because the ladies were so kind, but I feel like I need to. I cannot speak to this location's SALON experience, but I can review the SPA services- Which is AWFUL. The "spa" is on the other side of a thin wall from the salon with a giant blanket hanging on the wall to block the light out. You can hear every noise in the salon- not very relaxing. The massage therapist smelled heavily of smoke and clunked around the room during the entire thing- I know she is trying to make a living, so I'm not going into detail, but it was just bad. The linens had a gross smell to them and were old and dingy. Both of my therapists were very casual and dressed inappropriately for a spa environment- the lady who did my facial had on large bracelets that kept bumping me in the face. They would be smart to spend a day at a nice spa and see ways they can improve the experience for their customers.
