Purchased a gift certificate of $160 for my wife last Christmas. She went for her appointment and they only honored 1 of the 3 services the package included. She was told that the package purchased was now a different rate. Despite the gift certificate being vailid through the end of the year, they would not honor what we bought. She had to pay an additional $25 just to get the facial. I understand prices change but a gift certificate/package deal should be honored to the expiration date. To me, that's not the right way of treating a customer. I would have bought another package for my wife but will now do so somewhere else.

Yesterday was my first visit, and I had a great experience. My hair was very damaged and out of control, but Ms. Sylvia worked wonders with cut and color. I couldn't believe it. I also love the online scheduling - so easy!
