Well, I never had any major issues.. the personnel is good and warm. I just went to get my haircut and they have a trainee, not just a new employee, but no experience. To my surprise I didn't know until she start cuting my hair. Long story short, I got a slight scar in my neck, the mentor had to finish what she started and went home to finish some details I was afraid to ask the young lady. Hopefully next time they will have some distinguisher for "new hire".

This is the only place my son and I get our hair cut! My son is 6 and loves everyone there! They are very good with him and make him feel comfortable, he's a shy child! I would recommend to anyone!!! Cuts by us Atlanta hwy!!!

If you have thick natural hair and you care about the health of your hair, please avoid this place. I called and asked if any of their stylists specialized in natural hair prior to going, and they said yes. I wanted a blow out and trim, but I didn't even complete the services that I came for because of how carelessly my hair was handled. The blow drying method used caused excessive breakage and damage. This place clearly isn't for all types of hair. This was the absolute worst hair experience ever!

I go in a lot to Cuts By Us in Prattville Alabama because I am disabled and I am unable to wash my own hair. They have always washed and fixed my hair whatever way I wanted it. They have always been polite and professional.
