This is the best Hair Salon in town that has been in Ketchikan for a year's, best customer service and best work output and awesome hair stylist. They also have pedicures in the Salon too. The same workers have been working there for years best place ever

Today I had my hair foiled (highlighted) by LOIS. She took 3 hours to foil my hair, which usually only take about 1 hour. The entire duration of the colour she complained loudly to her co-workers about the thickness of my hair. When she finally finished SHE ASKED MY FRIEND WHO WAS WAITING FOR ME, TO WASH THE COLOUR OUT OF MY HAIR! My friend (who doesnt work for the salon or even live in the country) in shock washed the colour out of my hair & then I sat still draped in cape & towel & had to brush & style my own hair. I was then charged FULL price of $150 & upon checking my credit card statement via the net when I returned see that the amount of $190 was charged to my account. IM SO DISGUSTED, in the service & the unprofessionalism of Lois who I assume is the owner of the salon. Im even more angry that an extra $40 was charged. DID she take a gratuity? UNBELIEVABLE!!! She is to old to still be hairdressing if she cant handle a simple, full head of colour foils, wash & style??? I am disgusted!
