Update: I had to pay someone else to fix my hair, and when I called to ask for a refund (as politely as I could) the First Lady was rude and annoyed, put Alice on and Alice lied saying she texted and called me (uh, ðŸ‘Ž nope) and refused to give me a refund. Said sheâ€™d owe me a haircut... wait, I thought I just tried that, and was TOTALLY avoided! If youâ€™re premenopausal I donâ€™t recommend this place. I sadly have to give this highly rated establishment a 1 Star review. My husband scheduled a noon appointment on a Saturday with Alice. I arrived on time, I was left waiting at least 30 mins before she got to me. She was quick with me and when I said I wasnâ€™t sure I liked what was done with my hair she suggested I sit with it for a week and come back. I sat with it, I didnâ€™t like it. So to spare myself the humiliation of having to call Alice back and to spare my husband the time heâ€™d have to take out of his day to sit with the kids so I could get it cut again, I decided to try my own hand at cutting my hair. Oops. Called Alice and left a message. She got right back to me and said sheâ€™d do my hair again at no extra cost and that sheâ€™d call me back for an appointment the next day. I said to leave a message if I didnâ€™t pick up as Iâ€™m open all day. She never called me back. So I called, and was informed she is out today and will be gone on vacation for the following week. Wow. Super bummed. I even tipped ten dollars. I would have tipped again. Guess Iâ€™m stuck with this hack job. Iâ€™ll remove the review for a total refund. I wish my experience were better as I rarely get my hair cut as it is... and it was a birthday gift to me from my husband.

Have been looking for a salon that will help me keep my beard in check for a few years now. Decided to stop in and ask a few questions and Alice was able to get me in for a trim right away. She shaped my mane to my face and gave me many tips to keep my beard in check and looking professional.

OMG!!!! My hair is AWESOME!! It looks and feels amazing I haven't been able to find such an amazing hair stylist I was starting to go to anchorage to find one because I haven't been able to find a good one out here in wasilla and palmer thank you so much erin!! my family and I will be seeing you again!
