0 stars for customer satisfaction. I saw a product on the Ulta app and showed available for pick up at this location. No where on the app does it clearly state you MUST buy the items on the app, I thought the same items were on sale at the store. I was rung up the full price and when I questioned it that is when I was told I had to pay on the app and pick up. I asked if they could adjust the price since I was already at the store. I was told no. I would have to buy online and wait 2 hours to pick up the items. Sorry Ulta you lost a customer. It shouldn’t be this difficult to accommodate a customer, especially when there are many other retailers that sell the same product. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
