Haircut Disaster

Telegraph St. St. George, UT NOT SO GREAT CLIPS… My daughter got the worst haircut at this location. All of 5 minute hack job. Yeah, she cried!!! I should say this is not our typical Great Clips location. It takes us 1 1/2 hours to drive into town. We made this trip twice in one weekend. The second trip was to our Great Clips at Dinosaur Crossing in Washington, UT to try & salvage the hack job. The young lady at least evened the cut out and gave some possible styling ideas. Here’s the KICKER!! The lady who did the hack job was at the other location! I didn’t recognize her she was right next to us and NEVER ONCE said was there something wrong with the cut I did? How can I make it better. NOPE she stood there doing a clients hair it was only when the girl who fixed the hack job ask her about the other location that she finally said it was me I did the haircut. What happened to customer service & pride in your work?? Lesson learned don’t go to unfamiliar locations stick to stylist u know

Walked out the door with confidence and enthusiasm. We look great and feel great. Professional hair cut, positive, uplifting, and socialable team of people there. I like how they worked well with each other and not just the customers.

Kassie cut my hair today. Terrific job on my hair and quick witted conversation. I've been a regular customer for years and plan to keep going. Online check-in is so convenient.

I used to like this salon until we had a really bad back to school haircut. They did have another hairdresser try to fix it but it was so messed up my son ended up with a shorter haircut than we initially wanted but we were just happy to have it fixed where all the lengths were even and not messed up and choppy.
