I found my new forever-salon! Such a cute place tucked in this plaza. The ambiance is great, the salon is clean, and not to mention my haircut and color was completely on-point! Great value for your money. My stylist showed me how to get my look and explained how to handle my hair. I liked to see the products that were used on me were available for purchase and not to mention they explained to me how and why to use them and what will work best for me. Iâ€™ll be going back! Thank you!

Shear Bella is a great salon. Monique does my hair and I often receive compliments. The staff is friendly and professional, The decor cute , and the atmosphere relaxing. I am always made to feel welcome, and leave feeling pretty. I highly recommend her salon!

I movef out to Flagstaff AZ from OC California and had to give up my hair stylist of many years. I met Alicia and I felt like I have known her forever. I needed a new cut & color to start my new chapter of life and she hit it out of the park!!! Loved my color & my cut and it made me feel good about myself again!! I love this solon. It is always friendly and welcoming. Monique is very creative and unlike most stylists will actually suggests new options for me which is what I like most It's so refreshing to have someone suggest a new color or style that might be flattering to me. I almost always take her suggestions as she us the expert and so far I have always been very happy. I highly recommend this solon in Flagstaff.

I have been going to Monique , who is the owner, for years. I have followed her wherever she went. She now owns Shear Bella and has put lots of thought into having great stylists who are friendly and are good at what they do. I have had many people over the years ask me who does my hair and switch to this salon! Great with coloring and awesome haircuts ðŸ˜Š
