Find another place if you want a good perm. I scheduled an appointment and when I got there, Laura (the owner) washed my hair but then said "oops, I don't have any perm solution." She had to leave and go to the supply store to get some, leaving me with wet hair waiting for 20 minutes for her to return. I asked her for a spiral perm and showed her a picture of how it was done last year by a great shop in Olympia WA. I waited 72 hours before washing as instructed, but ended up with my long naturally wavy hair all dry and frizzy. I was shocked at the poor result, and went back and talked with Laura about what could be done to fix it. She was curt and rude to me, and told me that it looked fine to her. I asked for a refund but she refused to consider it. Maybe Laura was just having a bad week, but I'll never be back. My friends are shocked at the horrible result, and have recommended a professional salon to try to fix this mess. See the pictures of what I got vs what I asked for.
I did go to a very nice place in Tucson, and they were able to repair the damage, but I lost about 1/2 the length of my hair. Live and learn!
